Energies radiate beneath the stone faces. The crude ambitions of settlements may create blockages, disruptions, and convolutions of flow that disrupt the Stone Architects design. When this occurs, the Ray Vermillion appears to set right what is impeded, often at the cost of the settlement and its survivors.
